Clinton, Obama Neck and Neck in Iowa PollPosted on Oct 29, 2007
Granted, every time a candidate sneezes it seems to occasion a change in the polls these days, but it’s of potential interest that, after recent weeks’ reports seemed to suggest that Hillary Clinton on a national basis was far ahead of her nearest presidential competitor, Barack Obama, he trails her by just two points in a new University of Iowa Hawkeye Poll surveying Iowa caucus-goers.

By Marina Delune, November 3, 2007 at 6:56 am # I think Obama has a lot more support than the polls are showing. Clinton is much more corporate, and she accepts their money, unlike Obama. Obama ultimately has a lot more chance for success in the general election. People hate Clinton, even Democrats. Obama is much more likeable, and people trust him, unlike Clinton.
By James, October 30, 2007 at 11:28 am # I’m glad Obama is still doing so well against Hillary. I prefer her to a Republican, but I still think she’s way too corporate for America. Too bad Edwards, Kucinich, and Richardson are doing so badly though.
