President Vladimir Putin dissolved the Russian government in a move designed to clear out the upper levels of power before his expected exit from office in the spring. Among those ousted in Wednesday’s Kremlin shakeup was Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov, who may be replaced by his first deputy prime minister, Sergei Ivanov.

Is Vlad Putin any relation to that fella Ras Putin, who gave the Russian Imperial Secret Police such fits a few years ago?  It must seem to the proletariat “over there,” who are still a lot more dictated-TO than they are dictate-ING, that they’re caught in one of those positive-feedback-loops....also known as a “vicious cycle.”

Surely no one here still thinks the gangbangers call their plundering of the herd “globalism” for no reason.  “It’s everywhere you (don’t) want to be.”

HokaHey!

Yes,it would be great “if only”,Bush would disband his rogue administration, but then he wouldn’t know what to do as he might have to think for himself for the first time ever in his life and the thought of that leaves the Decider undecided.
