President Vladimir Putin dissolved the Russian government in a move designed to clear out the upper levels of power before his expected exit from office in the spring. Is Vlad Putin any relation to that fella Ras Putin, who gave the Russian Imperial Secret Police such fits a few years ago?  It must seem to the proletariat “over there,” who are still a lot more dictated-TO than they are dictate-ING, that they’re caught in one of those positive-feedback-loops….also known as a “vicious cycle.”

Surely no one here still thinks the gangbangers call their plundering of the herd “globalism” for no reason.  “It’s everywhere you (don’t) want to be.”
