What I don’t understand, blog dog, is what whoever is behind the promotion of global chaos expects to get from it. In your scenario you may be correct that we will all hunger for their “peacekeeping” but with what will we pay for it?

I mean if I, my friends and family, my community and country are in a perpetual state of “chaos” just where is the profit in that? Nothing will be produced. There will be no money. There will be no profit to be had for very long. The only thing the promotors of chaos will gain if they succeed is chaos.

What you describe is mass insanity on a global scale. I don’t completely discount your theory.

Luckily I’m at an age where I just don’t give a damn anymore. There is nothing that I can envision that I can do to help the situation. I live in a cabin in the woods miles from my nearest neighbors. I hope to have returned to the cosmic dust from whence I cometh before “chaos” crosses my property line.

Is anyone else confused?  As of June ll, this year, the American military is arming Sunnis who vow to rid their neighborhoods of Al Quaeda types.

Can we suppose that those “arms” ended up blowing up the Shite mosque?

(And then there’s Operation Arrowhead Rip {or is that Ripper}.  Got to wonder who the over-paid knucklehead sitting in the Pentagon is who thinks THESE things up.)

We all know what the Middle East looked liked prior to Jan, 2001, and we all know what it looks like now. And we all know who was in charge prior to ‘01 and who’s in charge now. (We also know who was in charge on 9/11).  Time we started to do some dot connecting.

Wouldn’t it be reasonable to assume that the great religion of ISLAM, with all of it’s conditioning, rituals, rules and regulations would have, by now, eliminated “sick souls?”

Fighting a war that we were misled into fighting and causing more tumult in the Middle East is not going to ensure national security. We have spent over $340 billion in Iraq, with the price tag rising, and no good has come out of it. There is no peace, no end to terror and worst of all we have left the Iraqi people in deeper poverty and instability.

According to the Borgen Project, $340 billion has already been spent in Iraq and we have a $522 billion military budget. What has resulted from that money? The money would be better spent on plans such as the UN Millennium Development Goals to end global poverty. Just $19 billion annually can end starvation and malnutrition.
