Israel Considers ‘Other Actions’ in GazaPosted on May 18, 2007The Israeli ambassador to the U.S. has said his country’s actions in Gaza, including airstrikes, have been “very measured” in response to Palestinian rocket attacks and a devolving political situation, but that “other actions” may be necessary in the future. An anonymous Israeli official said that could include reoccupying Gaza, which he described as the least desirable scenario.

By Rob Thair, May 20, 2007 at 6:22 am # The Israeli experiment has outlived its usefulness but instead of lobbing insignificant rockets into the occupied land, the Palestinian people would be wiser to take their retaliation abroad, taking out those who would lobby governments to back the occupiers and fund the genocide. A better strategic position would be to arbitrarily take out supporters of the genocide arbitrarily so that it would be difficult to ascertain which freedom fighters were responsible, sort of like the way the CIA and the U.S. does it.

But don’t worry; we’ll hardly notice the expense, since it will be insignificant compared to the price of destroying and occupying Iran and Syria for Israel. And anyway, we don’t care about cost, do we? God smiles upon us because we do whatever Israel demands, and that’s all that matters!
By kevin99999, May 19, 2007 at 11:57 am # The international community needs to step forward and help palestinians continue their struggle against the terrorist state of Israel that has made their lives a living hell for more than half a century.

By Tom Doff, May 19, 2007 at 7:27 am # Geez, what a great new technique the Israelis have devised to solve the ‘Palestinian Problem’. If they keep ‘ceding’ the Gaza strip to Palestinians, and then reoccupying it while slaughtering the occupants with airborne rocket attacks, they will slow the increase in the arab population which has doomed the Israelis to eventual destruction. But since ‘god’ wants them to occupy all of the ‘Holy Lands’, and ‘god’ helps those who help themselves, the Israelis will soon have to fake an Iranian attack on themselves (or the US, hopefully, non-nuclear), to give them an excuse to nuke-out the Iranian ‘Threat to Mittle-East Peace’, and buy themselves a bit more time until they come up with their version of ‘The Final Solution’. Whatever it takes, ‘God’s Will Be Done’. Add Your Comment |
