U.S. and Iran Vie for Gulf AlliesPosted on May 10, 2007The Gulf nations of the Mideast have long been allies of the U.S. and Vice President Dick Cheney has been dispatched to make sure that doesn’t change, but Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is also visiting the region in an attempt to win over disgruntled governments. Mustafa Alani, a regional analyst, sums up how the Gulf is handling all the attention: “We have a deep mistrust of both sides.”

U.S. allies in this area will loose if Bush/Cheny administration still exists. Cheney secretly went there to dig his grave for not himself but for all of those who are his servants. Look at his recent picture in Midest we have feeling that Cheney is so heavy and his days will come very soon ! Is that a good news for all of us ? Absolutely !

Doing “diplomacy” before pre-planned military action has been something the Bush-Cheney administration demonstrated prior to the invasion and occupation of Iraq. Something to think about:
