Most people believe Israel and Iran have a substantially negative impact on the world, according to a BBC poll of 28,000 people in 27 countries. Canada and Japan rated highest among nations that were seen to have a largely positive influence.

BBC:

In general, opinion seems to divide along the traditional fault lines of international politics.

Israel is viewed most negatively in the Muslim countries of the Middle East, although also in Europe.

Iran is viewed most positively in the Muslim world.

Polling results ... suggested [that more than half of] people think the U.S. has a mainly negative influence in the world.

Though Israel has the least population among all the countries surveyed it tops all of them as being of the most negative influence! This can translate as Israel being the most dangerous entity to world peace and stability. However, there is nothing new about this finding for those who know the history of Israel and its terrorism.

Imagine what kind of danger Israel would pose to the whole world if all the 14-15 million Jews of the world were to gather in that place!

Though theoretically Israel was meant to be a gathering place for all the Jewish population of the world, God, in his Infinite Wisdom, is forbidding this to happen, because He is the best to know how much damage a large number of Zionists would cause if gathered in one place. So out of Mercy for the world, God mostly keeps the good Jews of the world out of Israel, so when the Christian-prophesied Armageddon takes place in that part of the world, good Jews will be saved from the big slaughter.

We tend to assume that a ‘democratic country’ would automatically be viewed more favourably than a ‘non-democratic’ one, just as we often assume that a ‘democratic country’ would behave better. Or that it is even truly democratic.

Since the BBC chart was based on ‘mainly positive’ rankings, here is the ranking of the 12 countries in terms of negative image (i.e., ‘viewed mainly negatively’, starting with the worst) and a corresponding Amnesty International country report on human rights abuses from a previous year (Amnesty’s 2007 reports are not out yet).

Israel (56%)

Israel was viewed mainly negatively in the vast majority—23 of 27—of countries polled (even Canada was 27% mainly positive / 56% mainly negative). Views were positive only in the USA (41% mainly positive / 33% mainly negative) and Nigeria (45/31). Views were divided in Kenya (38/37) and India (24/22). According to the opinions and facts in the BBC survey report: “Israel is viewed quite negatively in the world, possibly because the poll was conducted less than six months following the Israel/Hezbollah war in Lebanon. On average, 56 percent have a mainly negative view of the country, and just 17 percent have a positive view, the least positive rating for any country evaluated. In 23 countries the most common view was negative, with only two leaning towards a positive view and two divided.  Unsurprisingly, the most negative views of Israel are found in the predominantly Muslim countries in the Middle East, with very large majorities in Lebanon (85%), Egypt (78%), Turkey (76%), and the UAE (73%) having negative views. Large majorities also have negative views in Europe, including Germany (77%), Greece (68%) and France (66%). Indonesia (71%), Australia (68%) and South Korea (62%) are the most negative countries in the Asia/Pacific region. Brazilians (72%) are the most negative in Latin America. The two countries with mostly positive attitudes about Israel do so in modest numbers. Forty-five percent of Nigerians and 41 percent of Americans have positive views of Israel’s influence in the world, while nearly one-third in each country has negative views. Kenya and India have populations with divided views of Israel. This being the first time Israel was included in the list of countries rated in the survey, there is no evidence that current ratings are better or worse than historical views.”

The world is ruled by various crooks without borders.  Israel and the U.S. want to conquer the Middle East, and Iran objects to their plans.  Frankly the U.S. should be at the top of the negative list alongside Israel.  We should remember,  that the real world is completely in the dark when it comes to the bullying and fraud of international leaders.  The are all psychopathic players in a game in which the rest of the world is a pawn.

Why haven’t you pointed out that the US is 3rd on the list of “most negative”?  The meat in a sandwich with Iraq and North Korea.

A meal sure to give you heart burn.

But of course it is a meaningless poll.  We have no way of knowing what type of people they talked to other than that they lived in major urban centres.

I loved how each country gets the same weighting.  Australia with 19 million ppl has the same influence as Indonesia with 245 million.

Whatever…..

Below story should alter the polling result on Japan. Frankly, I have never seen anything remotely quite like it. I am a fan of nature. No beast had done such a thing.

The Israelis have grossly overreached.

It looks like they are now so far committed to their blatantly expansionist, suprematist ideology that they can only be stopped by hitting a brick wall.
