This is really a most unfortunate verdict by the International Court of “Justice”.  The Serbian government supported the Bosnian Serb “Republic” in every way, and should have been held responsible for its actions.  Not that the ICJ carries a lot of weight to begin with, but this further proves to the world that the ICJ is utterly useless and is an insult to the many victims of genocide in recent years the world over.
