Pat Roberston Diet Shake Leads to Alleged Death ThreatPosted on Feb 11, 2007
Pat Robertson’s “age-defying” weight loss shake may be more trouble than it’s worth. Phillip Busch, who is suing Robertson for exploiting his image to sell the product on his “700 Club” talk show, says the televangelist walked into court and told him, “I am going to kill you and your family.” Though his lawyer denied the incident, this isn’t the first time Pat Robertson has been accused of threatening someone’s life.

I like PR. His Operation Blessing team is still in New Orleans providing free food and medical care. I’ve heard he does not take an income from CBN too. Cool!

Robertson thinks of himself as a man of God. I wish the country would wise up to these charlatans and tax them out of existance. A sane society would never allow these clowns a church much less a TV empire.

Pat Robertson threatens lives? The Pat Robertson who had his daddy intercede to keep him and his boy friend out of combat in Korea? The Pat Robertson, Chicken Hawk extra-ordinare, who after he became too old and too fat to serve in military, became a warrior of God from his easy chair? The Pat Robertson who gives “GOD” a bad name?
Who cares? He is a fool.

The Rev. Pat is rich, truly a sign of divine favor. Once we had Shakers, now a MIRACULOUS Diet Shake. Drink it that ye may slim down and pass through the eye of the needle to reach heaven. Behold, this is a land that flows aplenty with bilk and dummy.

WWJT—Who Would Jesus Threaten? Since when is making death threats good Christian behavior? Then again, considering that this is Pat Robertson we’re talking about, this isn’t at all surprising. After all, this is the same man who proposed that someone assassinate Hugo Chavez and who formed ties with the brutal and corrupt dictator Charles Taylor of Liberia for the purpose of financial gain. Pat Robertson is always eager to point out the faults of others, but you know what they say—point a finger at someone else, and you have three fingers pointing back at you. True Christians do not make death threats and do not collude with tyrants—the man is a hypocrite of the first order, plain and simple.

Robertson is one evil human being.
Those who watch his shows, listen to anything he has to say, or in any way support his philosophies and enterprises are about as simpleminded as simpletons can get.
I sure wish Truthdig and all other media would quietly neglect to acknowledge his existence.

When the owner of 700 Club talk show opens his mouth we all be infected with uncleaned septic tank. He needs tons and tons of Colgate paste but his breathe is still terribly fetid.

Lest you think that a certifiably insane demagogue like Pat Robertson is a joke, remember: Many Germans said the same about a certain megalomaniacal paper hanger, once upon a time. Robertson maintains his power, and his cash flow, despite his delusions and hatreds, by the simple expedient of invoking God’s imprimatur. And the people will follow as sheep.

Pat Robertson is NO minister! He is “GREEDY” & having great wealth is his main goal. He exploits the people who listen to & watch his $$ money making “700 Club”.
Does anyone out there know how many $ millions $ of dollars that this greedy “phony” so-called minister have? What is his annual income & how much taxes does he pay per year?
True ministers do NOT aquire wealth & they do NOT exploit the poor. True ministers are amongst the poor & needy. They are examples of the TRUTH!

Of course Pat was misunderstood. What he actually said was that he was going to have God smote and smite this man and his family. We all know that Pat has a direct line to both God and the President.
By the way, Pat recently said that he was going to prove his direct connection to the Almighty by leaping from an aircraft at 20,000ft over the Grand Canyon with nothing to assist him in his plunge earthward but the prayers of his faithful followers. He said he shall float like a feather to earth on their prayers.

Jesus drives his getaway car. (Most of the victims of this sort of fraud are half-educated lower middle class - the seat of American values.)

People should leave Pat alone, what with his being an upstanding christian man an all. But before I do that, how does he explain to his fellow christians that, if asking for jesus’ and god’s help doesn’t make you skinny and younger, then, I have this miracle product that will. If I were him and this stuff sold, I’d be manfacturing and peddling all kinds of “snake oil” to sell my forgotten or otherwise “unanswered” sheep. And,if I were god or jesus, I’d sure as hell be taking immediate steps to protect my interests in this matter. Stay tuned, folks, I see a real holy war developing.
