Harvard Chooses First Woman PresidentPosted on Feb 9, 2007
A year after its president was forced to resign because of a controversial remark about gender, Harvard University is about to appoint its first woman president. The promotion of Drew Gilpin Faust, a historian, will end a 371-year-long drought of female leadership at one of the nation’s oldest institutions.

It took 371 years to appoint a female president.
How many more years will Vatican appoint a female pope?
Hell, they don’t even have a female cardinal! How pathetic.

Some day I hope that your headline will read instead..Dr. Drew Gilpin Faust was appointed president of Harvard, rather than Harvard appoints first women president….
by now it should be obvious to everyone that it’s more important who someone is, than what someone is…
Otherwise we still haven’t evolved beyond tic tac toe…
