Does anyone have any doubt that we not only can prevent this “Surge” of 21,500 troops, but we can force Congress to cut off all funding for the Iraq war and then to impeach President George Bush? How? We see to it, that’s how, each and every one of us.

The Democrats do not hold the power of the purse. They have slim majorities in the congress, but no real power. Besides, the president doesn’t have to follow the law. He’s already proven he’s above it, and that no one can anything about it.
