Ann Coulter’s Growing Legal TroublesPosted on Jan 11, 2007
You may recall that right-wing hate-monger Ann Coulter was accused of voter fraud not too long ago, for registering to vote using her real estate agent’s address. Now it turns out she may have used the same address to register a driver’s license—meaning Coulter could be charged with two third-degree felonies and one misdemeanor, if only someone would prosecute the case. BradBlog: We gave her a few months off while we covered more pressing items to our nation, but it looks like the troubles are still far from over for right-wing demagogue/hate-monger turned felonious vote fraudster Ann Coulter. Palm-Beach Post’s Jose Lambiet, who originally broke the story a year or so ago, has another scoop today on the matter and The BRAD BLOG has now been able to obtain the documents on which his scoop is based. Lambiet’s item today covers PB County Supervisor of Elections, Arthur Anderson’s difficulty in finding a local law enforcement agency with the stones—- or at least, the jurisdiction—- to take on the hypocritical pundit even though a police report completed in late November, requested by Anderson, indicates that Coulter could be facing two third degree felony charges, along with one first degree misdemeanor if charged. Newly added to the previously known allegations of Voter Fraud when Coulter used her realtor’s address instead of her own on her Voter Registration Application, is the allegation by the Palm Beach Police Department that Coulter seems also to have given that same, incorrect address when applying for a drivers license after moving to the tony Sunshine State ‘hood where her fellow GOP propagandist, Rush Limbaugh, has recently had his own troubles following the rule of law. So suddenly Dems are against voter fraud? She allegedly registered with a false address. Way to go after her…which means you supported the national voter ID card, right? It is obviously a much bigger deal to register to vote under a wrong address, although you are a citizen, than to vote as an illegal alien.

Don’t worry - Coulter will be one of the first to be charged with crimes against humanity in the Popular Democratic Revolution - coming to a State near you in about 6 months I reckon.

Let them go after her, she’ll have to spend her evil gelt on legal fees. Expensive Republican lawyer fees.
Report thisMaybe she’ll get a chance to tackle prison reform from the inside. Gitmo would be justice served but I’d be happy if she ended up in a Florida or Texas prison with a female room-mate named Bubba who will loosen a few teeth and show her the love she’s been missing all these years!!!!!

Re: Wayne Smyer’s post….I guess the irony went over my head. Is Guckert really still at it? As for Ann, she doesn’t deserve comment.

Who cares? Why is this type of story news?

It’s proof that republicans would rather be catching up on their Police Academy collection than getting the Police to catch up on investigations of one of their own lips-to-Bush’s anus supporters.

Ann Coulter, darling of the GOP and FUX news is an illegal alien. A real one - she can’t be from this planet.

Maybe they’d give her community service instead.
But what community could possibly deserve that?

She is probably enjoying the publicity; her next book could be entitled: “Slanderous, Treasonous and Criminal: Neo-Conservatives And I.”

The problem is clear. A felony conviction could bring jail time, and if it were to do that…would Ann Coulter be remanded to a men’s or a women’s facility? Maybe the solution is to rendition her to one of the CIA secret prisons she loves so much.

FAUX NEWS ALERT: Our intrepid ace reporter , Jeffy “Scoop” Gannon, has just reported that Annie Coulter has agreed to give up his/her virginity if the criminal charges are reduced to patyt slapps. Annie is also giving up her/his chairmanship of Vestal Virgins For Baby Bush and will be replaced by GOP porn-queen , Mary Carey.

Wouldn’t this count as identity theft by an illegal alien? False addresses on documents, an incapacity to understand the concept of legality (whether in identity documents or the US Constitution)and physical evidence that she emigrated from some far off planet where Man-Giraffe hybrids clone themselves, sending their clones across the galaxy, where they use their tongues to stun planetary citizens into dumfounded silence.
If so, he/she not only deserves prosecution, but deportation to whatever planet she’s from, before she deforests our planet’s tallest trees.

Ann Coulter has often spoken of her devotion to the State. Let her experience some state justice.
If the Jurisdictional authorities fail to file charges the local populace should start a recall action on them. If the newly elected jurisdictional authority fails to act the populace should repeat the recall.
Ann deserves to be exposed for what she really is, a liar and a selfserving pig.

Who cares? Why is this type of story news? The real crimes of freaks like Coulter are her proselytizing for very evil doctrines of hate and warmongering and capitalism. She has blood on her hands and should be executed for the horrors she has promoted.
