An Iraq war veteran who appeared in “Fahrenheit 9/11” has lost his lawsuit against Michael Moore. Sgt. Peter Damon, who lost his arms in Iraq, had accused Moore of misrepresenting his feelings about the war by using an interview from NBC News out of context.

BBC:

Sgt Damon said use of the clip in Moore’s documentary made him appear anti-war and against President Bush.

US District Judge Douglas Woodlock said the segment did not defame Sgt Damon.

He claimed the positioning of a clip of him complaining about the pain from his injuries made him appear to be critical of the Iraq war and the US government.

I am a veteran of Korea, and I seen the movie, My only regret is that the American people cannot understand the truth about how the politicians can screw-up our national security by promoting fear. If you believe in this war then put on a uniform and go. Bullits do not discriminate.JLG

MIchael, if only you would, from your position as an outspoken progressive voice, lend that voice to 911Truth, it would help the progressive left close ranks on the 911 issue and bring down the mademen before they do it again and start a nuclear version of their WWIII. It makes no sense to claim the regime lied about everything but 911. Middle America already hates you so much, Michael, how would it harm your career to lend your voice to 911Truth? Besides, the polls now show that less the 20% accept that they didn’t lie. What are you waiting for?

Unfortunately, Michael Moore’s film is more heartbreaking today then when it was first released—-we now in retrospect can see,  just how truthful his message is, and how the avarice of hideous war profiteers has no bounds.

Even after all that has been disclosed about this administration, Sgt Peter Daman chooses to follow an uethical President blindly.  This is a perfect example of blind loyalty!!!!

Once new information becomes available the wise person can change course.  Too bad that Sgt. Daman has not learned this life lesson even thoiugh he has sufferred greatly.  Too sad.

To me and be honest, this case stink! But not knownly the whole case. The media will publish what they or the goverment will let, publish what they want the citizens suppose to know.
Yet, we suppose to have “FREEDOM OF THE PRESS.”
Another that gets me angry is:“YOUR’ INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY”!!
