Study Links Higher IQ to VegetarianismPosted on Dec 14, 2006
A study emerging from Britain claims the IQs of kids who grew up to become vegetarians were an average of five points higher. There was no difference measured between full-blown vegetarians and those who ate chicken or fish (does that even count as vegetarianism?).

The study is merely a reiteration of the simple medical fact: The more meat you eat, the stupider you become! I mean, if you consider yourself anything above a total moron or a retard, then you should readily see that meat eating era is OVER!!! Get it? it’s over! Eating dead animals for food is about as outdated and idiotic as wrapping a dead animal fur around your loin for warmth!! Hello, this is 2007, do I need to say more? or has eating all that dead flesh decayed your brain beyond repair!!

Well, according to tests, i have a high IQ. And yes, iīve been a vegetarian in the past, and i know i will switch to full time vegetarian sometime in the future… This is the first time i hear thereīs a correlation.
My depression disappears when i follow a veggie diet. my bad temper, sugar cravings, chocolate cravings… i feel at peace.
When you read all the “miracle” diet books that promise you to be not only thinner, but younger, healthier, smarter, etc. the bottom lines is: Vegetarian diet. Of course they wont say it directly because it will show that they had not discovered “anything new or grounbreaking” really
The thing is, i stopped being a veggie for two reasons:
1)My aggressivity levels fall down to zero.
2)My sexual drive falls down to almost zero
Sadly, I need the aggressivity factor to live in a city, just to cope and survive.
the sex drive thing, i guess when i get older, i will care less about it, and concentrate on other things, like meditation. Same thing with the aggressivity thing, I guess…
When i was doing the veggie diet, i was also trying meditation and really, if you want to meditate effectively is essential to follow a veggie diet, nothing else will do.
My conclusion is that right now, i canīt follow a veggie diet as such, but at some point in my future I will.

Ah, could simply be that of those tested those with the higher IQ scores chose to be vegetarian.
Could be, “smart” people see the benefits of healthy eating habits. Duh.

Sadly, they’re all still within the “average” IQ range, in which a 5 point difference is really pretty meaningless.

Report thisThe diet so rich in bullshit that adults feed kids does them decidedly more harm than a little beef.

I have been an ovo-lacto(eggs, milk products, along with whole grains, beans, vegetables and fruits)vegetarian since 1996, when my husband could no longer eat meat. So when people who eat chicken or fish are considered vegetarian; there’s something wrong with the definition. Obviously, a study comparing humans who restrict meat choices to chicken and fish and not other choices and people who follow a more stricter vegetarian is a study in other than nutrition. While valuable, let’s consider what is being studied.

Voila! Men are smarter than women. This stupid ass “study” proves it! As a Dr. Dr. who has done thousands of “studies” in my lifetime, I can attest: you can get any stupid ass study to prove anything you want to prove. Even more striking, you can convince just about everyone to buy the results. After I’m appointed God, I’m going to have it written into my Bible that “studies” are a mortal sin and send people who do them straight to Hell.
