Scalia to the Environment: Drop Dead!

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia pretty much summed it up during a high court session Wednesday when he said, “I don’t want to have to deal with global warming, to tell you the truth.”
Yep, that sounds like the truth to us.

The Intersection:

[JAMES] MILKEY: Respectfully, Your Honor, it is not the stratosphere. It’s the troposphere.

JUSTICE SCALIA: Troposphere, whatever. I told you before I’m not a scientist.

(Laughter.)

JUSTICE SCALIA: That’s why I don’t want to have to deal with global warming, to tell you the truth.

One can only wonder the caliber of thinking of this man. Yes, our nation has hit rocked bottom.
Scalia should pratice law in a trailer camp.

Being a radical is not the way to go, but being a concertative means going back to wearing head scarves, a women covering her body, has more to do with a man thinking wrong thoughts.  When you get down to it rape, has nothing to do with sex, after these people will go after old women and usually old people are not in the habit of exposing too much leg or anything else.  Getting back to the point concertative judges let the lending people put interest rates sky high, and when the people were suckered in, then they say you cannot declare bankrapcy there is an old saying, “the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

He doesn’t want to deal with global warming because he only wants to deal with Dick Cheney when “big Dick” has a big meal !

From Scalia, you expected better?

When are we going to accept that conservative judges already have a predecision on everything.  They only need find a law to support that predecision.

Just add it to the long list of things Scalia doesn’t want to deal with...democracy...civil liberties...freedom of speech…
