Orgasm day
From globalorgasm.org

Two peace activists are encouraging everyone in the world to have an orgasm on Dec. 22 while focusing on world peace.

  • Hey, even if it doesn’t work, the means will justify the means.

  • AP:

Two peace activists have planned a massive anti-war demonstration for the first day of winter.

But they don’t want you marching in the streets. They’d much rather you just stay home.

The Global Orgasm for Peace was conceived by Donna Sheehan, 76, and Paul Reffell, 55, whose immodest goal is for everyone in the world to have an orgasm Dec. 22 while focusing on world peace.

    New and Improved Comments

We are launching a major overhaul of our comments section.

In addition to more robust spam filtering and moderation, new features include the ability to rate other comments, sort how they are displayed and respond directly via e-mail or in a thread.

Unfortunately, commenters will lose their existing Truthdig identities. It's a pain, we know, but on the plus side you will now be able to log in with a plethora of options, including Google, Twitter, Facebook and Disqus accounts.

Before launching this system we spent months in discussion with our top commenters. We listened to the feedback and we hope you like what we've come up with.

Please direct any problems or concerns to us via our contact page.

who can opt out of this one? ...  Even if you don’t have a partner, I hope that you will participate - After all, there are plenty of very hot celebrities that can be imagined supporting world peace without their clothes…

VERY sensible, these types of events need world wide publicity and perhaps need to be published in/publicized by full page ads in the worlds newspapers.  People look up the term zeitgeist to understand the potential importance of such an event.

Let us declare it the first WORLD holiday
