Wonder how Mr Cheney is able to get the images of the hundreds of thousands of Iraqis, Afghanis, and others for whose deaths he and his monarch are responsible out of his mind. But then, perhaps Untermenschen don’t count ?...

Would you give Dead-Eye Dick a break already? So he shot his friend in the face. In his defense, he never learned to shoot a gun in Vietnam like most boys his age.
