A former Air Force colonel said on CNN, “We are conducting military operations inside Iran right now. The evidence is overwhelming.”

But his evidence seems weak, and we don’t want to make a big deal out of it. Despite the fact that Bush has no credibility in denying his military ambitions regarding Iran, that doesn’t mean the order has already been given.

Think Progress:

Just now on CNN, Air Force Col. Sam Gardiner (Ret.) said, “We are conducting military operations inside Iran right now. The evidence is overwhelming.”

Gardiner, who taught at the U.S. Army’s National War College, has previously suggested that U.S. forces were already on the ground in Iran. Today he added several additional new points…

The US war being contemplated by Bush against Iran is nothing short of an American national suicide for (what the planners believe to be) Israel’s benefit. It’s incomprehensibly stupid, cruel, and contrary to our interests. But Bush, AIPAC, the neocons, and the Christian Zionist fanatics seem unstoppably determined to go through with it.

Now, lets think this out. If Iran is an enemy of Israel and America is a colony of Israel then
it is only matter of time when war will break out. The U.S will do as its told. Iran will be attacked reqardless of what weapons it has in its possession. Iraq was invaded because of the danger it had presented to Israel. Does any one recall when the Russians used the Cubans to fight some of their military conflicts. Now the greatest power on earth is the instrument for Israel’s military and political strategy.
