Extra Nicotine Keeps Smokers Smoking

The average cigarette contains 10% more nicotine than it did in 1998 (some brands are 30% stronger). Seems a pretty effective way for “cancer stick” companies to hold on to their core market (i.e. the 70% of smokers who want to quit) in a time when the world has wised up to the health risks posed by smoking.

Washington Post:

Nicotine Up Sharply In Many Cigarettes
Some Brands More Than 30% Stronger

By David Brown
Washington Post Staff Writer
Thursday, August 31, 2006; Page A01

The amount of nicotine in most cigarettes rose an average of almost 10 percent from 1998 to 2004, with brands most popular with young people and minorities registering the biggest increases and highest nicotine content, according to a new study.

Nicotine is highly addictive, and while no one has studied the effect of the increases on smokers, the higher levels theoretically could make new smokers more easily addicted and make it harder for established smokers to quit.

If you dont like smoking then dont smoke. When you get addicted to a ciggy it’s because you made the choice to put one in your mouth in the first place. This is a free country, meaning you have the right to say no or to light one up. If someone wants to smoke then let them, it’s a free country, they are buying the ciggys, let it be.

Tim, sorry to hear about your surgery - BUT;  I hope it is alright to let you see a link that provides all the stem cells you need - it is not my site, but I know people all over my area that are coming alive using this stuff.

http://pse.stemtechhealth.com

People in wheel chairs are putting them away, cancer is dissappearing, diabeties history ... all from stimulating stem cells in our own bodies to help combat the problems we have that even nicotine may have caused us.  Let me know what you think.

Cigarettes are deadly, yet legal, while cannbis is illegal, classified by most states as CDS, Controlled and Deadly Substance. There is no verifiable scientific data supporting harm from cannabis. There are mountains of data verifying cigarettes cause fatalities. The additives in cigarettes read like a chemist’s banned list. Many thanks to commentator Hawkins for the heads up—I’ll lay off the after-dinner smoke after a savory meal of horse.

Ten percent more means 10% more of an addictive alkaloid, a naturally occuring chemical, a stimulant, more toxic than cocaine and can kill you if you ingest too much. The more you get the more you want, duh!

But then again, some people don’t really care about understanding or learning, or questioning. Especially questioning what large corporations do.

No, some people don’t care. Some people are even TROLLs and are only interested in posting crappy, idiotic, un-founded opinions. Or ask completely stupid questions like, “How do they get it in there?” Do you wonder how they get air in tires, too?

No, nicotine does not cause cancer—noxious smoke fumes do—but it is the nicotine that is addictive.

It is still a shame that the people are deprived the knowledge that would keep them cancer free.  It is not the nicotine that causes cancer and there are studies going on right now that show that it is a combination of things that cause the cancer to form.

Do the study yourself.  Recall any smoker that ever contracted cancer and contemplate their diets.  You will not fine one - no, not (1) person that kept the dietary laws of the scriptures that ever came down with a cancer from smoking (of course if one fornicates or commits adultery - these too can allow cancer to come about even in those who keep the dietary laws - break one law you break them all).  But, your preacher will tell you that it is impossible to keep any of the so called old testiment laws ... especially the eating of clean foods that prevent you from cancer of most forms.

Consider the warnings on drug containers from the sorcerers (pharmacists) that tell you not to combine alcohol with the drugs - same thing should be on ciggy packs.  Do not eat catfish, pork, shellfish, horse and/or etc. if you intend to smoke or the combination quite possibly may cause cancer.

Tobacco should be outlaw in its entirety. Federal government can not and should not allow a product that kills people around the world. It’s morally wrong not to take action now.

“The Massachusetts Tobacco
Control Program has analyzed
data from 1998-2004 and has
found that the amount of nicotine

Hey Paul
Which tobacco company do you work for?
O yeah I forgot! Nicotine is non-addictive
according to the testimony of all the CEOs of
the major cancer-stick makers.

While nicotine is the drug of choice for smokers, TAX REVENUE is the drug of choice for the hypocrites in government(s) who authorize and enable tobacco companies to push their poisons.

This entire situation is so profoundly dishonest that it’s difficult to even write about it rationally. While America waves the flag and toots its horns over it’s wonderful WAR ON DRUGS, it’s government(s) are collecting a fortune in taxes on a drug that does, and continues to do FAR MORE DAMAGE than any of the other drugs, and perhaps ALL the other drugs combined.

According to a report I heard on radio this morning, governments are NOT even collecting enough in taxes on tobacco to cover the costs of the medical damage it inflicts. As if the hypocrisy of even being involved in such fraud and deception isn’t disgraceful enough, they’re LOSING MONEY DOING IT.

It doesn’t get much more stupid than this, folks.
