Conrad Burns of Montana, a man who not so long ago referred to his house painter as a “nice little Guatemalan man,” has delivered yet another stunning one-liner. Ready for the punch line? At a campaign event with Laura Bush, Burns talked about the war on terrorism, saying “faceless” enemies “drive taxi cabs in the daytime and kill at night.” Nice.
