President Bush may be giving speeches about how the federal government is standing with the people of the Gulf Coast, but as ThinkProgress points out, the facts speak for themselves:

Sixty percent of homes still lack electricity.

Less than half of the citys pre-storm population of 460,000 has returned.

Nearly a third of the trash is yet to be picked up.

This is another in a long line of failures attributed to this administration. Why is this man still president when all he does is show the rest of the world that the USA is incompetent.
