She runs over other people’s comments and has no manners, and she knows that is what happens on these shows. When she said “swimmingly” and she blew off the importance of finding Osama - who wouldn’t jump on that? Of course they were going to get excited. The only thing is, if she actually had something to say to back up the “swimmingly” assessment, she would have shouted it back at them and thrown them a finger while she was at it. The problem is, in her futile quest to try and defend the most blatant and obvious contradictions about Bush - which, amazingly, it has taken this long for someone to throw them up in the face of a bushie pundit - she had no answer, and she was not going to dream one up on the spot and neither was anyone who might have been waiting in the wings to help her. Any time you say “swimmingly” when talking about the US military performance anywhere right now, you are going to get jumped on, and it happens that this Britney-from-hell heifer didn’t know how to deal with it. She had already taken her best shot, and it didn’t fly, and she didn’t have any other weapons. She had overloaded her tactical playbook with reliance on the “swimmingly” adjective, and when it fizzled, she did too.

I don’t know what you all were watching, but I think the point was that she wasn’t given a chance to respond to questions posed her.  Instead of sitting there as a punching bag for people without any fact to back up comments like “euh.. no it’s not”(re: the war in Afghanistan going well) she made the point that they didn’t want her answers, they wanted to grand-stand with nonsense.  Let’s also not forget that Michael Brown was never actually able to answer a question, even when he was afforded time to do so.

What’s more, she never actually did leave on-screen.  If Kirsten Powers had wanted to call Ms. Coulter on what everyone’s so riled up about, she could have.  The fact is that she didn’t, because when you have neither facts nor logic on your side it’s easier to win a debate without any opposition.

Coulter was on home ground here in that Hannity
rules the roost on this show. She could have toughed
it out and responded. Hannity would not have left
her hanging and looking bad, they are in fact closely tied.

I believe they both saw the ship sinking and bailed.
Fox would have given her an hour of her own to respond.
It would have taken her a week to “formulate” a credible response.

Earth to coulter, that’s all I can say to her.

I know y’all hate her, but I watched this clip serveral times and have a different take than y’all.  I am not sure the name of the other two people, but the lady on the left (pun intended) wasn’t allowing Ann a word in edgewise - that may be a tactic but if Ann is so ridiculous, just let her talk, that’ll give her rope and she will hang herself if you are correct.  The way I saw it, she saw that she wasn’t going to be able to talk so she showed her frustration.  Oh, and calling her a ‘stupid bitch’ is a wonderful come back, such clever retort.  Oh, and if I am right, and I am, it is the libs that want to ‘cut and run.’  Have a good day - bring on your clever responses to me now.  As Paul Harvey would say, “Good day.”

This was great. She was in the middle like a useless 3rd wheel.
