While the British plane-bombing suspects allegedly were planning their attacks, the Bush administration was seeking to quietly divert funds for developing new technologies that could have scanned for liquid explosives.

AP via ABC News:

While the British terror suspects were hatching their plot, the Bush administration was quietly seeking permission to divert $6 million that was supposed to be spent this year developing new homeland explosives detection technology.

Congressional leaders rejected the idea, the latest in a series of steps by the Homeland Security Department that has left lawmakers and some of the department’s own experts questioning the commitment to create better anti-terror technologies.

Homeland Security’s research arm, called the Sciences & Technology Directorate, is a “rudderless ship without a clear way to get back on course,” Republican and Democratic senators on the Appropriations Committee declared recently.

Let’s keep things in proportion. They may have diverted funds, but they know how to make really big piles of stuff. How big? That’s the question… Others may spend their time exploiting terrorism scares, accusing Democrats of being soft on terrorism, and paving the road to Armageddon with bad intentions. But inquiring minds want to know:

How far would all the liquids and gels confiscated by TSA during the recent security crackdown at the nations airports reach if the individual containers had been laid end-to-end?

A. From Earth to the moon and halfway back again
B. From New York City to Omaha
C. From New York City to Washington, D.C.

George Bush’s calling the Muslims fascists in his comment on the alleged terror plot in England is indeed a case of the pot calling the kettle black. This is another staged inside operation, like the staged 9 /11 of 2001, to salvage Tony Blair’s political career and boost American neo-Nazis in their midterm election. It’s already public news that the initial search of the residencies of the alleged Muslim suspects has not resulted in any evidence of so-called liquids and bomb making equipment. However, I know that the Muslims are not off the hook yet, because every attempt would be made to plant the evidence so that the alleged plot would stand.

Well, news are circulating- not of course in the the pro-establishment mainstream media - that the evil Zionist Mourdoch has a hand in this along with Tony Blair, during his last vist to California.
