If Congress and the courts had any cojones, The CO2-producing corporations that have contributed to global warming would be forced to pay compensation to the families of those who died in the heat wave.
Report thisKnowing conservatives, they’d say that the people who died were old and frail, so it was just natural selection at work. Conservatives have a knack for discounting human lives other than their own and their families’.
