WSJ Flip-Flops on Iraq!Posted on Jul 15, 2006After spending years blasting the idea that the U.S. is “bogged down” in Iraq, the Wall Street Journal editorial page did just that—saying that the Israel-Lebanon situation stems from a worldwide perception that America is so “bogged down” in Iraq that it can’t flex any muscle in the Middle East.

Islamists worldwide seem to be attempting to draw the US deeper and deeper into quagmires on several fronts at once. They are counting on our joining the war between Lebanon and Israel as well as continuing the mess in Iraq. A provocative act by Iran would be the next bait offered to the neocon cowboys.
