Bush’s Appoints Washington Editor as Policy AdviserPosted on May 25, 2006
It seems Bush has a thing for “Karls” as policy advisors. On the heels of Karl Rove’s departure from his policy-advising position at the White House, the president has chosen Karl Zinsmeister, editor in chief of the magazine published by the conservative think tank American Enterprise Institute. He has had some eyebrow-raising things to say on the subject of race over the years. (Biographical info on Zinsmeister here.)

From Daniel Patrick Moynihan to The American Enterprise Institute. Intriguing…or given the present Domestic Realpolitik, maybe not so intriguing.

Just a little while back we were told the problem was that too many WH people had been there from day one and were burned out which was a bunch of manure.
Report thisThe problem is they had a Boss that refused to change his failed policies.
By bringing in another person , Bush has proven he doesn’t want to hear the whole story , just someone to carry out his failed plans.
By changing people it is like changing chairs on the Titanic except for the Captain.
