Times columnist writes that the Connecticut senator is in trouble, as evidenced by neophyte challenger Ned Lamont’s strong showing at the state Democratic Party’s nomination convention. Lieberman’s problem: He consistently parrots GOP talking points and has fallen out of touch with Connecticut voters.
