As Al Gore quoted Mark Twain in the film about it being hard for someone to accept the truth if it interfers with their making a paycheck.
Report thisI remeber two times this occurred in my own life. Once i was talking to an employee whose firm manufactured CFC’s before the treaty. I just mentioned the ozone depletion and he., with angry, interupted and said it was all nonsense!
I work for an airline and people are in disbelief or denial. Most, like myself, don’nt want to face reality. The planet Earth, we are killing it’s ability to the support life ecosystems in place!
Yes, Big Oil and their allies are winning, it is a tragedy and morally wrong.
Mr. Al Gore gets my respect, he is the true patroit among our leaders of today.
