Feingold Speaks Truth to Power, and StewartPosted on Mar 23, 2006
The Wisconsin senator whips Jon Stewart’s audience into a frenzy with his insistence on holding Bush accountable for his spying program. Stewart wants to know how Feingold restrained himself from poking House Majority Leader John Boehner in the eye after Boehner suggested that Feingold cared more about terrorists than he did the American people.

I THINK NOT ...
Also not to be lost sight of (ATTN: mainstream media pundits and TV show hosts) is the fact that this call for accountability concerning the alleged illegal warrantless spying IS NOT A PARTISAN ISSUE. Not when you have conservative activists such as Grover Norquist, David Keene, Bruce Fein, Larry Pratt and Paul Weyrich voicing their objections, not to mention conservative legal scholars and think tanks. If you are interested, Charlie Savage did an article about this in February for the Boston Globe.
