Finally, Brokers Get Sued for Selling Private Phone RecordsPosted on Jan 23, 2006Chicago Sun-Times: Illinois has become the first state to sue an information broker for obtaining cell phone records and selling them on the Internet, according to a spokeswoman for Attorney General Lisa Madigan. The lawsuit accuses Florida-based 1st Source Information Specialists Inc. and its directors, Kenneth W. Finally, is right! Vermin like this company have been mining public data since deregulation was authored under Ronald Reagan. When you think deregulation, just think privacy invasion and daylight bank robberies. Congratulations to the citizens and authorities in Illinois! You are protecting the public interest. Now do the same with public utilities.
