‘Stay the Course’ Backfiring for GOP’ersPosted on Oct 19, 2006
In stark contrast to the 2002 and 2004 campaigns, Democrats in races all over the country are now pummeling their GOP opponents for advocating a “stay the course” stance in the failed Iraq war. Karl Rove’s strategy of trying to turn a weakness into a strength is backfiring big-time.

off topic question… does anyone know of christian evangelical sites where i can post comments of persuasion. we are here, for the most part, preaching to the converted. i would really like to be able to go to a few of these sites, the equivelent to this but with a republican bias. i’m not going there to put them down or ridicule them. i just want to let them know how disappointed i am with the administration and the congress. i’m not a raging liberal by any stretch of the imagination, but i do feel that this aministration and it’s minions has sold out the american people to coporate america. to me that is the “why?” of things, the root of the problem that few talk about. please help me if you can…
many thanks,

Of course, the democrats own Murtha Plan Airwar strategy is infinitely preferable to the boring old republican Groundwar strategy. If we can only have a nice clean safe Airwar, then we can go back to ignoring the whole thing! Just like Kosovo! Won’t that be nice?
