So in ADDITION TO the TRILLIONS the USA is in DEBT already, Bush’s cowboys think their plan to INCREASE THE DEBT by only $248 BILLION this fiscal year… whatever the last day happens to be… is GREAT NEWS!
They ought to be arrested for impersonating competent administrators.
