The prisoners will apparently be afforded <i>some</i> rights consistent with the Geneva conventions. <li>Yeah, well, Bush also signed a bill in December outlawing the torture of detainees, and then <a href="http://www.boston.com/news/nation/articles/2006/01/04/bush_could_bypass_new_torture_ban/" title="made a "signing statement"">made a “signing statement”</a> announcing his intention to flout that law.
