Israelis Hold Gay Pride Rally

From the BBC: “A controversial gay pride rally has taken place in Jerusalem despite calls from religious leaders to ban it.” Ultra-Orthodox Jews had opposed the event, saying homosexuality is an abomination in God’s eyes.

  • We still don’t get the Bible-derived anti-gay logic: God is powerful enough to create the universe, but then gets squeamish about the way in which two consenting adults choose to relate to one another?
