ok, as a soldier i want to say, PEACE IS A MYTH.
if you can give me a plan for peace then i will support you 100%. but as long as there is more than one religion in the world, as long as people can still form a personal opinion, as long as leaders will push on w/ their hidden agendas there will be wars. and im not sure who you are talking to, but i dont know to many people that PREFER terrorism.

i dont care if you think what we do is heroic or any of that bullshit, but dont say that me and my brothers here are fighting and dying because we prefer terrorism and hegemony to peace.

Tom DeLay says that kids grow up and die in wars
because they want to.

Okay, maybe not. The kid’s right.

This “cartoon” in all seriousness represents well the exact reasons why I get up in the morning and write another letter to the editor, a comment on line, or make a phone call to my Rep.  Thanks for putting it into words and pictures.

Seriously, tl;dr.

This picture is both unimaginative and boring, as well as pretentious and rude.

Honestly, I’d prefer Demotivational Posters. What I see here is crap.

Are the majority of you people compltee IDIOTS? Caring for other people IS NOT socialism!! Do hear yourselves?! Faux news has convinced your small minds that government is bad, although you were OK with it when Reaganaut was prez; Dumbya was excellent at it, and subsequently fucked us up—-now , all of a sudden, with Sarah Payless and and the (mind)free,uh,tea, parties, plus the recent revalation from the RNC that they are only SCARING you and using their contributors, why do you continue to be a knee-jerk automoton? THINK FOR YOURSELF…YOU @#*$*%&^& MORONS!!!!!!!!

I’d like to see this on the t-shirts of the students in
the college where I’m working, but most of them major
in fashion marketing and fashion design, so forget it.

Medical industrial complex…it kills almost as many people.

I am still trying to understand and figure what this
$618,616.00 medical bill is all about other than a family with
health insurance was able to, I guess, pay the costs, but at
what costs and to whom?

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/35726793/ns/business-
your_retirement/

It seems to me that the health sector in vying with the MMICC,
the military money industrial congressional complex, as to
which one will steal the most money and create the most
disastrous financial meltdown.

So if the insurance paid this bill or part with the family paying
the rest, it sure raised the bar for keeping people alive that
will only get higher and that makes NO wonder to me as to
why so much a gap is between the wealth and the poor.

ofersince72—If you wouldnt mind, I would be very interested in your friend’s take Blackwater…I know what many veterans think of them (Vietnam era)

Jon—you can easily be spied on and murdered for your opinions in the US…but some still believe the myth of US “freedom”.

Well, at least it’s more just than a place where women can legally be murdered for chatting on Facebook.

Ooops, I guess that’s just a biased opinion though.

I loved it…. I stopped into the VFW to have
a coke this evening, mostly Iraqi vets run the local
canteen now.  I like this , but don’t like how they
got here.

One told me they had three feeds over there for
entertainment and News, ABC, CNN, and a sports
station.  He said he was in a skirmish on day and
then watched the CNN news that night….
totally inacc, according to him.
His take on Blackwater was interesting too but
won’t go into it.
A few KBR and other contractor employees were telling
him how the landscape had changed since he was there.
Listening to the conv….We are going to be there
forever in my opinion,  sounds like a bunch of
permanent bases there now and all sorts of
American fast foods !!!!!!!!!
