Jackie shot him for being so unfashionable?  Makes sense.  She was closest to him and has her hand near his head just before the fatal shot.

Fish I’m still really sore at you for goring my sacred cow. Can’t wait for your next effort.

Again, its not a commentary on the “lone gunman” hypothesis. Its a commentary on Fla’s self-defense statutes. If he would have mentioned Oswald, and the guy on the Grassy knoll, and the guy in the sewer, would that have been OK? But the narrative isn’t as smooth.

Surfboy

In your world, I guess I should stop jogging past the bank and the American legion post while wearing my Pink Floyd hoodie, ‘cause I could get my friggin head blown off. Oh, that’s right, I’m a big white guy. I’ve nothing to worry about.

How about that hot little number my wife likes to wear when we go out to a fancy restaurant every couple months? Does that make her a slut that is just begging to be raped?

I realize americans like to play the “blame the victim” game.

one does not have to use only a hoodie to conceal one’s identity. but even if people wear them, they
are worn for myriad reasons: mode, kinship with people who wear them, concealing one’s face
because how it may look to others, keeping warm, buying one by mistake, the only thing one has to
wear, etc., and if one had any brains at all, one should seldom use it while robbing, insulting, or
assaulting anyone.
disguising self can be done in too many ways to list them all.

about zimmerman? the most important fact is that zimmerman knew he had gun and did not know
that martin had one. that alone is a big factor when following s’mone for whatever reasons.
following one constitutes a violence against, injustice towards, and disturbance of peace of a person
being followed.
so, zimmerman must face the court.
however, he shld never be convicted publically. we shld never read his mind while he was following
trayvon.
and one shld stop accusing also trayvon or read his mind during the duel of the nerves.
of course, it is an entirely different topic whether US jurisprudence is correct or not.
it seems that police investigation had been much botched. how about that of a court?
but seeing such a big and hateful racial divide in US, one shld not be shocked by what a court does.

Big B it would have been good commentary without the caption. the caption exposes fish as a bit of a toady.

Fuck You Surfboy!!!

I have yet to see one truly intelligent comment from the likes of you.

You are either a fraud or a total moron.

I tend towards thinking you may be both.

The cartoon doesn’t work for me because my speculation is that Oswald did
indeed shoot JFK but it was not meant to be an assassination- just a warning. Take
out a tail light maybe put a round in the leg of a fender runner so competing
powers could then approach JFK with a “protection” plan.  It was to spook JFK and
make him a team player instead of the rogue male out to save or change the
world.  Oswald reverted at the last minute to his instinctive military training to go
for a head shot.  It may have been he had no intention of actually killing JFK. Oh
well, it’s a fanciful theory and irrelevant now.  Evidently someone else had a similar
theory and wrote a book but I was thinking this way circa 1980 or so.

I saw the hoodie and laughed then read the caption, and was let down. Everyone whos not on the “payroll” knows the cia killed kennedy.  The caption is a hurtful lie. I heard Fish was having lunch with arlen spector ” of magic bullet” fame this week. He must be sucking up.

I cannot wait until the next media created outrage so
we can move on from this tragedy.
I say media created because innocent killings happen
all the time in this country but where is MrFish for
them? Where are the other cartoonists for the couple
killed in Tenn for nothing, where are the cartoonists
pictures depicting all the gang violence in our inner
cities? We got the point the first wave of cartoons
about the Florida gun laws. WE GOT IT! Who are these
cartoonists pandering to?

OK, I’ll bite. Why is the analogy wrong? (other than the fact that JFK would never have been caught dead in a hoodie)

Relax Tony V, its not a commentary on the “single gunman” theory. Its a commentary on Fla’s brutal “stand your ground” law. A brilliant commentary.

If, as it seems, Mr. Fish is implying that Lee Harvey
Oswald shot President Kennedy, he has lost a great deal
of credibility.
