Advertisement New and Improved CommentsWe are launching a major overhaul of our comments section. In addition to more robust spam filtering and moderation, new features include the ability to rate other comments, sort how they are displayed and respond directly via e-mail or in a thread. Unfortunately, commenters will lose their existing Truthdig identities. hark,
Thanks but I was using that as to show the very
very small difference in before and after and
chiding Mr. Fish about it.
Personally, once any of those wack nuts get
Report thiselected, and some probably will, once the
lobbyist come in with the bribe money, it will
definitely be just the samosamo BS as before
the election.

Mr. Fish’s cartoon is meant to show that after the Tea Party takes control of the
Report thisfederal government, things will hardly be different. We’ll still be living in a
theocratic plutocracy.

samosamo - I think the point he’s making is that we have already become a theocratic plutocracy incapable of protecting our freedoms and rights. There is no question that we are a plutocracy now, is there? As a matter of fact, when it comes to gays, we haven’t even gotten around to the idea that they have the same rights as we have, constitutionally speaking.

Report thisI don’t know fish, you might be slipping because
the only difference I see here is that the bird on
the wire on the left next to the rotunda is closer
