Maybe the inference is that if that was his wife &
daughter he would act differently.

However, what makes him so dangerous is the fact that
all of his policies that harm the world have no effect
on him or his family.

On the other hand, if he should ever have an attack of
conscience & vote for main street instead of following
cabal orders, he would be assassinated immediately.
