wow these old political cartoons are such a blast from that past.  I"m really glad I find this website.. I can only imagine what the deathtole is now @guillaume… I need to find that stat

No. He just acknowledged the death of about 30,000 iraqis. They probably died a natural death - like, for example, an overdose of democracy.
