It’s damned if he does or damned if he doesn’t for Obama. If Obama had sat idly by as the city of Bengazhi went under, and tens of thousands of men, women and children had been massacred by Qaddafi, the same people here would still be criticizing him.

And if Obama didn’t intervene in Libya, he would have been criticized for allowing
the murder of thousands. It’s a great piece by Mr. Fish, as usual; however, I
question its overall accuracy in this case.
