str-“Just bring

you show everybody that it can easily be replaced by something better, in the real-
world and not merely in theory, and maybe there’s chance that it can be brought
down…..otherwise it’ll lurch about a while longer.

Disassembly requires at least temporary chaos (read Ted Rall along with Zinn), and the vast majority will do almost anything to avoid chaos (i.e., disturb the status quo) until the status quo becomes so intolerable that submission to chaos is the only answer. And we will seemingly do and tolerate alot to avoid upsetting the status quo. It is an odd Catch-22. And right now we have a POTUS who is hell-bent on maintaining the status quo, hope and change be damned.

Very nice, took a couple of seconds to recognize old George as Frank.
But the sentiments, sad but too true.

Certainly. Basically for many decades or even centuries those
treasonous scoundrels have been getting THEIR congress to
amass a huge number of laws all protecting the wealthy to great
effect. Bad for the people hugely good for those treasonous
bastards. Of course by reading Howard Zinn’s ‘The People’s
History of the United States’ it should become very obvious. So it
seems the wealthy are untouchable, well entrenched and forever
masters and dictators of this country and the world. I cannot
help but believe that is not really so. I think these psychopaths
are actually killing the planet but in the mean time shooting
themselves in the foot because as bad as it is, they will not be
able to escape the ruin they are causing. The only way to
possibly prevent a total ruin is to disassemble the whole thing
and start back with basics that truly help get this world back to a
point where people are not chattel of a few who live off the
sweat and labor of their chattel. But disassembly? No! Just bring
the whole system down and assign accountability and put them
in the dock.
