Possibly Obama is more of a bitter disappointment than George W. Bush.

I campaigned against and voted against Bush, not expecting anything from his ill-gotten presidency. I expected a great deal from Obama and got mugged and beaten like an illegitimate stepchild.

My initial thoughts exactly!  However, in reality Obama is a member of their team and the one bending over to the sound of their opening zippers is the U.S. public.
