Perhaps the old thugs will die off only to be replaced by new ones.

Too much opium in that nation for criminal elements not to leave it alone.

right that is; she may have one “token” seat in Parliament, but the government is still ruled by thugs who have now been given some degree of legitimacy. Even now the state department pushes to relax sanctions; can you say FoxConn.
