This cartoon is too optimistic. What is really happening is that a guy in a military-industrial complex office in Nevada is pushing a button that sends a drone programmed to blow the Third World rowboat to bits—no warning, no recognition, no acknowledgment—nothing. Just boom! Thank you very much, and have a nice day.
