Darned good wheelchair, Mr. Fish.  High level of observation.  Isn’t it peculiar that the wheelchair (and I have one/two like it) are much the same as the one my father used in a VA hospital in 1945?  And NASA can put vehicles on Mars and the moon that are all-terrain vehicles and even the high tech battery power wheelchairs that cost around $40,000.per and up (and NO, medicare doesn’t pay for one of those, only the cheap ones)don’t go on sand….
