ah - Speaking for myself, I demonize Jackson BECAUSE of his “cultural impact on
music.” His personal life aside, he was a sleazy businessman who perfected the
craft of marketing a song before he even wrote it. With him, music was about
selling. Yes, he influenced a whole new generation of monopolizing pop stars.
“King of Pop” indeed. King of shit and mediocrity.

Did you hear that Michael Jackson died?

I love how people who know nothing of the cultural impact of MJ on music tend to
still demonize him even when the courts proclaimed his innocence. Some people
are willing to be prejudiced towards anyone that’s different and that’s what’s
happening here.

Say what you will—any time one human being’s death is mourned by 30 million people, something that was needed, was given.

Yup that’s our morally-bankrupt, musically-corrupt, mediocre-mainstream,
monopolizing-popstar Michael just the way I remember. No halo for this saint, I
see.
