This wouod be funny if the Dems werent caving to the “health insurance” imdustry , too.

The only one that made any sense today, at the Senate Hearing, was Sen. Bernie Sanders.

Anything a little socialism is something that would be a little bit anti-capitalist. In other words there might be a good deal for the people and the robber barons could not plunder the working mans few dollars.

TPTB in the US have always been a bit paranoid of policies that smack of socialism and health care reform or universal health insurance raises the specter of socialism.  After all the smoke clears, a balance will be reached that assuages the fears of TPTB.  The Us will wind up with a national heath plan that follows the dictates of the Medicare D——basically a cafeteria style plan catering to the insurance and medical establishments with a few bones tossed to the populace sort of a WIN-win with the capital WIN for TPTB!
