This Cartoon, is brilliant. It portrays just how bad things are for the people of this country.
And of course the state, and the federal government have colluded with the banks, because the banks own them.
Ask your congressman, your senator, your govenor, what they have done to stop the financial rape of the American people?
As Elizabeth Warren said, the other day. The financial system in this country is broken. Ronald Reagan prepared the grave, and now the banks our pushing the American people in.
While this is happening our government can only think of ways to take more money from you.

And isn’t it just a little ironic how the cartoonist portrays torture here as a credit card joke, but refuses to make the much more germane joke about Obama’s continuation of torture practices and his refusal to prosecute it?
Report thisThese are subjects both covered by this site’s columnists and Mr. Fish, so I still don’t see how my first, innocuous comment was worth the censorship.

I can’t believe Truthdig just censored me! All I said was that Luckovich is a shill for the Democrats. Repeatedly he has shown his inability to criticize Obama or the Dems on key issues including not prosecuting torture, continuing Bush’s policies, and the escalation of the wars.
I did not use harsh or inflammatory language, but I guess your cartoonists are above reproach? Your columnists are subject to many nasty comments, but I make one comment about Luckovich’s dubious satirical skills and I get censored? I’m guessing you’ll take this down too, but I wish you wouldn’t. I’m only stating my (non-aggressive, non-offensive) opinion and I thought you guys at Truthdig were okay with that sort of thing.
