Different ways to look at things to make a political joke.
Except Luckovich has NEVER criticized Obama or the democrats he so obviously supports. It’s a chronic problem with this guy. He’s an apologist, not a political cartoonist.

It’s funny. Not the main point, but funny. Different ways to look at things to make a political joke.

To put it more succinctly: “This essentially renders meaningless President Obama’s pledge of transparency and accountability that he made in the early days after taking office… [The Obama administration] has essentially become complicit with the torture that was rampant during the Bush years by being complicit in its coverup.” —Amrit Singh, the ACLU lawyer who argued the case

Once again Luckovich misses the point, and instead of criticizing Obama on this key issue, he makes another cheap shot Cheney joke. C’mon, Obama’s the one who isn’t prosecuting anyone and his administration is continuing almost all the same illegal practices of the last one plus he is now expanding the wars to an even greater size.
