What overrides what? Your statement:
“Incorporation is a valuable vehicle for good, as well as bad. Cooperative organizations, corporations, facilitate self-governance within the context of our ‘chosen’ system.”  To me that seems a bit out whack because I see little good in the ‘now’ incorporation, in fact I see it as the major cause of the crap going on in this world via just that one mix of many, the military industrial congressional complex and the lobbyists. And you make me believe that the lobbyists are also a ‘valuable asset’ for good. But I fail to see that, as I just can’t come up with the sack full of money and a bunch of twisted legislation that benefits those lobbyist’s clients by bribes paid to our electorate.
I wholly agree with the analogy of the tv. For the longest I have shaken my head at the junk flashed on the screen and the lying advertizements and wonder just what it would be like to instead use the tv for passing real information to the people.
And here I will really get some people fired up:
Guns don’t kill people, people kill people
Knives don’t kill people, people kill people
Poison doesn’t kill people, people kill people
Cars don’t kill people, people kill people
Baseball bats don’t kill people, people kill people
Pirates don’t kill..oh wait, pirates are people
Corporation kill people and people kill people.

One must be careful with such a statement. Incorporation is a valuable vehicle for good, as well as bad. Cooperative organizations, corporations, facilitate self-governance within the context of our ‘chosen’ system. Similarly, it’s not the television that’s bad…it’s how it’s used.

Great, great comparison. And my touch to this is the corporated imperial empire that they refuse to relinquish at the cost of billions of people the world over.
Would it ever be a sight to behold to see the people of the world rise up and end this corporate game? After all it is for the benefit of the few that think ‘illegal’ or ‘criminal’ are concepts from 3rd and 4th world countries.
