In Virginia, the Natural Gas Company was given permission to impose a $7.00 charge on its customers because we’ve the audacity to cut back on gas usage. Conservative-ass-Virginia. We can’t pass a gas tax to help improve our roads and tunnels, but big business….sure.
I’m sure that Bloomberg has sneaked a secret tax on New Yorkers so that the Mets and Yankees can live without CitiBank’s naming rights. So the Mets will be playing at TaxPayors Field, for the next three years.

“Take me out to the ball game,
Report thisTake me out with the crowd.
Buy me some peanuts and Cracker Jack,
I don’t care if I never get back,
Let me root, root, root for the home team,
If they don’t win it’s a shame.
For it’s one, two, three strikes, you’re out,
At the old ball game.”
